The Private
Room.

The deepest work I do. Just you and me, over six months, for the leader who's done managing the symptoms and wants to change at the root.

Honest, up front01 / 04

You already know the quick fixes won't touch this.

You've done the books, the frameworks, the productivity systems. They moved the furniture. They didn't change the house.

What's actually running your leadership sits deeper: the energy you lead from, the fear under the standards, a story about yourself you've never stopped to question. Some of that you can shift in a room. The deepest of it, you shift in private, and it takes time.

What six months looks like02 / 04

Six months. Four stages. All the way down.

This isn't open-ended coaching that wanders. Twelve sessions over six months. Four stages, a clear place you start and a clear place you finish. Here's how it goes.

01
Month one · two sessions

See it.

You finish month one with the gap named and measured, in plain numbers.

We measure two things. What you've got as a leader when you're at your best, and how much of it actually reaches the room once the pressure is on. The distance between the two is the interference.

Here's what that gap is not: proof of a ceiling in you. It never was. It's interference, and interference clears.

02
Months two and three · four sessions

Clear it.

By the end of this stretch you're making the braver call in the moments that used to shrink you, and choosing it on purpose.

We go underneath the interference. The fear, the need to prove, the need to control every detail, the old story about yourself you've never questioned. Where it came from, why it has held on, and how to actually put it down. This is the work the group room can't reach.

03
Months four and five · four sessions

Lead from it.

You practise the new way in your real weeks, until it stops being effort and starts being you.

The decision you'd normally take back, you leave with them. The delegation you'd normally undo, you let run. The bet you'd normally shrink, you back.

You find yourself leading a bigger game than the one you walked in with.

04
Month six · two sessions

Make it hold.

You finish leading at a level you couldn't have reached six months ago, and it holds on its own, without me in the room.

We measure the gap again, so your progress is a number you can see, not a feeling you hope for. Your Leadership Playbook becomes the way you actually run, not a document you filed.

You're not buying six months of sessions.
You're buying the leader you walk out as.

  • Driving it where you used to hold on.
  • Trusted with the outcome, not buried in the detail.
  • Leading a bigger game than the one that's currently running you.
The investment03 / 04
£4,000six months · one to one

Most of this work is backed by the company you lead for, because keeping a leader like you at their best is the cheapest thing they will do all year. If that is not you, we will talk about how to make it work.

The real cost is the other one. Another year running on empty, and the parts of the job you used to love, gone.

We decide together after month one.

Once you've seen your energy map and felt where this goes, if it isn't the work for you, we stop, and you keep the map and the Playbook you've started. No twelve-month lock-in, no clawback. The only thing I ask is that you're all in while you're in.

How it starts04 / 04

A conversation. Not a pitch.

You apply, and we talk. A two-way check that this is right for both of us. No hard sell. If it's a fit, we begin. If it isn't, I'll tell you.
